Software Development Projects

For custom development services:

  • Clients may request cancellation before development begins.
  • Fees already incurred for completed work, consultation, design, or development activities are generally non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Products and Software

Due to the nature of digital products, software licenses, subscriptions, and downloadable content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

Subscription Services

Subscription services may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous billing periods unless required by law.

Technical Issues

If a purchased product is not functioning as described, customers should contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue before considering a refund request.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we can attempt to resolve any concerns directly.
